I accept payment through PayPal or Money Orders Only.
Cash is accepted for local sales.
No sales to minors.
Due to "first come, first serve" basis, some customer might make a payment right away if they see a gecko they like.
If you made a payment and there is someone who actually made a payment before you for the same gecko, I will refund your payment right away.
Payment plans would be considered for more expensive animals upon customer request.
I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone.
Shipping:

Geckos are shipped via FedEx Overnight / UPS / USPS - Signature Required.
I ship on Monday to Thursday only (Please contact for exact dates availability).
Payment Plans and Holding Animals:

I require a 20%-25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold an animal.
If a payment plan has been arranged , the remainder must be paid in Full no later than the date agreed by both parties.
If the customer cannot finish payment or backs out for any reason, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN .
Live Arrival:
----------------
I offer a live arrival guarantee when temperatures here and in the destination city are between *40-85 degrees.
Customers must be available to Sign the package upon delivery, otherwise the guarantee is Void.
It is the customer's responsibility to keep me accurately informed of their local weather conditions.
If a problem arises and the weather conditions were different than that claimed by the customer, the live arrival guarantee will be voided.
Heat or cold packs will be included in packages if necessary with no extra charges for that.
DOA:

I've been shipping live reptiles without any problems, however occasionally mishaps occur.
IF the animal you have purchased arrives dead, you must contact me within 12 HOURS of the time of delivery in order to receive a credit.
If I do not hear from you within 12 hours of delivery, I will assume that the animal arrived well and that you are pleased with your purchase.
In the event that an animal arrives DOA, photographic proof will be required. If you cannot provide photographs, you will be required to send the DOA animal back via next day shipping at Your Own expenses.
Animals that arrive DOA will be replaced or credit will be issued at our discretion. No cash refunds.
Sexing Policy:

Geckos sold as "male" or "female" are guaranteed to be 100% accurately sexed.
All geckos sold as unsexed unless either "male" or "female" is specified in the title.
No guarantees on animals sold as "Temperature Sexed"
Color:
---------
The color of Geckos from the genus Rhacodactylus is affected by many factors. Often their brightest colors are displayed at night, while during the day they become less intense. Their color is affected on factors such as mood, temperature, humidity, environment, food, stress, time of day, and ontogenetic changes (changes that occur as the animal matures).
I try represent my animals as accurate as possible. I usually will have several different pictures of each animal for you to get an idea how the animals really look like.
With this in mind, my guarantee does not apply to color.
Therefore, I cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction base on color.
Lost tails:
---------------
I cannot be responsible in case of lost tails during shipment.
Lost tails in geckos does not affect its abilty to breed or the overall health of the gecko.
These terms have been instated to protect both seller and the customer.
